What we offer
Today, Alliance Sales maintains three offices in Alberta and British Columbia strategically located in two of Western Canada’s largest metropolitan centers. While all Western Canadian based distributors sell to a large jobber base made up of new car dealers, fleet upfitters, truck accessory shops, and traditional automotive jobbers, they nearly all maintain their own retail operations. Because of these market conditions, it has become more important that the vendor utilize local representation to service not only the warehouse operation, but also the retail operations.
The strength of Alliance Sales is their relationship with the customers, both at the warehouse distributor and at the retail level. Having started their careers in a warehouse distributor phone room and then as outside salespeople, both Ashley and Derrick have maintained a contact list second to none amongst their peers in the performance and accessory market segment. Having these relationships in place allows us to make very effective retail dealer sales calls as there is trust from years of service.
Our coverage at the warehouse distributor includes working with the buyers on new products, programs, and promotions; informing the phone room staff of product updates and market trends; dealing with the warranty departments with defectives and warranty claims; conducting sales call and technical seminar visits with outside salespeople; and offering sales analysis via the customer’s inventory data.
In addition, Alliance Sales offers trade show and special event coverage, and advises our clients on doing business in Canada from shipping/border logistics to advertising advice.
