After a busy winter and early spring, I have finally found time to install upgrades some on my Dodge Ram! First up was the new Truxedo Deuce 2 tonneau cover http://truxedo.com/deuce/land.php . This is a 2nd generation of the Deuce and is a much easier install (15 minutes). Available anywhere truck accessories are sold. The second addition was a Bright Source HID conversion kit http://brightsourcehid.com/store/#all . This is the hottest HID company on the market with vehicle specific kits for Ford, Dodge, and GM, among others. Retailers across Canada are taking inventory of this product and are enjoying selling an HID kit they can have confidence with!
Next up was the installation of the new Hypertech Interceptor for Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep vehicles. The Ram application adds an advertised 33hp and 40 ft/lbs with premium fuel and they are bang on! Completely changes the throttle response and the pulling power is very impressive! After installing this harness, we got a Magnaflow cat-back installed and now the truck drives and sounds like a champ! Very impressed with the sound of the Magnaflow kit (16869).
